The Butterfly has been a symbol of transformation, hope, faith and rebirth for thousands of years. This amazing creature goes through a complete metamorphosis during its 4 stages of life,. from larva to caterpillar to chrysalis and finally transforming into a heavenly beauty. Each stage looks completely different and serves a different purpose in the life of the insect. It is quite a mystical art of nature.
